Instructions for Presenters

FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
The meeting rooms will be equipped with a data projector and a laptop (Windows Vista Professional, All Sound Codecs, All Video Codecs) ready for Microsoft PowerPoint presentation or other presentation files (Movie, Picture Slideshow) but without internet connection.

Please bring your presentations on a USB-stick (Preferred) or a CD-ROM to the hall where you will give your presentation well in advance.

Important points to consider:

  • Always back-up your work in case of it gets lost during travel.
  • Check your presentation before your session
  • If your presentation includes videos or sound files other that standard PowerPoint clipart library do not forget to bring the video file with your presentation. Always copy them to the same directory with your presentation.
  • Please make sure that you contact your session chair or session technical person before the start of session to upload your presentation.


FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

POSTER DISPLAY AND SESSIONS

Please make sure that your poster corresponds to the following size and format: 65 cm wide and 95 cm long

The poster session is scheduled for July 11th, 2011 and will take place during the Welcome Reception.
