Accommodation

AESOP Congress Office booked limited number of rooms from various Hotels in Kavaklýdere area in Ankara with special rates. These hotels are selected due to their suitability for restaurants, cafes, entertainment, sightseeing, and shopping facilities.

A shuttle transfer will be available for the participants who booked their rooms via Organization Office between the hotels area and the campus where the Congress will be held. Shuttle transfer costs are included in the room rates. The route and times of the shuttle transfers will be announced on the AESOP 2012 Congress web site as soon as possible.
Attendants may arrange their accommodation on their own, at any hotel of their preference in the city of Ankara but they have to consider their transportation to the venue.
